The tool does the proportions - take the dose and concentration from the SmPC or your own practice.

Built for the consultation room, not for a demo

Phone in one hand, patient on the table. Every feature exists to shorten the path to the SmPC dose and its source - the decision is yours.

Patient first
Enter species, weight and age once. From then on, the medicine’s card shows the SmPC dosings with the amount for this patient, e.g. “1 tablet · 120 mg · once daily”.
A source behind every number
Every dose shows its source sentence from the SmPC and a link to the official PDF in the Register of Medicinal Products. Doses checked by a person carry “✓ checked against the SmPC”, the others “Read automatically”. VetLek never guesses: for composite strengths it gives only the total dose and says why.
Warns in time
When the species is not in the SmPC, when age or weight fall below contraindication limits, and when the maximum dose is selected.
Tablets, ml, grams
The amount for one administration with the actual mg/kg, a tablet split into ½ or ¼ when the SmPC allows it, the whole calculation step by step, and “Copy result” for the patient record.
Tools with their sources
Fluid therapy, potassium, constant rate infusion (CRI), the anaesthesia card, emergency drugs (CPR), poisoning, nutrition, transfusion, concentrations and the end of a withdrawal period. The results built on guidelines (CPR, fluids, potassium, nutrition, poisoning) name their source under the result, and “Formula and source” shows the whole calculation.
Withdrawal periods and AMEG
Contraindications, interactions, adverse events, withdrawal periods for food-producing animals and the EMA AMEG category for antibiotics.
Works without signal
The whole dataset is about 3 MB and amounts are computed on the phone. A new version downloads only when the data changes.
In English and Polish
Switch the whole app to English with one tap - the SmPC quotations stay in the original Polish, the binding text.

Know what changed in the SmPC

A bot checks the Polish register and the EMA database every day. New SmPC versions go into the history, and the medicine gets a badge with the change, compared word by word. The “Changes” tab also shows new medicines and those struck off the register - week by week, and once a week by e-mail if you like.

Contraindications

We are building tools for shelters and clinics

The SmPC database is only the start. We are working on a solution for animal shelters and veterinary clinics, and before we show anything we want to talk to the people who work there every day.

Free for veterinarians and veterinary students
